About the Tutor

Rosalind Wise B.A. Hons (Fine Art).  I am an artist and qualified art teacher. I am most well known for my painting of flowers as seen at ‘Nature in Art’.  I began painting plants by studying them botanically in order to observe their structure, shape and form.  More recently I have been painting in situ - where they grow naturally. These paintings fall into two categories - garden borders/grass meadows and fields.  I paint on a grand scale in oil on canvas.  I have held exhibitions of my work in ‘Nature in Art’, Nailsworth and London.
